The hall is a bit low and there is a strange smell (it may sound like that to me). The equipment track is very little. There are 2 cables as well as 2 cable rows. You can at least put a squat rack instead of them, it creates unnecessary redundancy for the dimensions of the hall. you can also expand the area by changing the places of the machines, but probably the lowness of the hall prevents it from being a standard place other than that.
