I went to this store in my Cepa mall on 25.11.2021 at 14 pm to buy a baguette ring, but the overweight seller with gray hair tried to scam me. 8 carat face said 14 carat. Be very careful, check the setting of the stone and the stone feature.

This is the place I will never go to anymore. My wife bought me a solitaire from Ankara Cepa, but they said that wherever we went, they would give the ring at least 500 liras cheaper. When we requested a refund, they said they would deposit it into the account after 2 days. They didn't take care of my business that day... It was a very bad shopping experience... There is a necklace that I bought from this store 3 years ago, but it caused so many problems that I decided not to choose this brand again. I couldn't even use it properly for 3 years. The chain broke 3 times, a light chain was used on a heavy pendant. I bought a thick chain to avoid any more hassle, but this time the back of my necklace broke the day after I put it on. There was absolutely no downgrade or user error. So I think the workmanship is not correct. Luckily I noticed it when it broke and I didn't lose it. In short, although the store staff is very interested and friendly, I do not recommend the brand.

We requested the return of the gift product purchased from Ankara Cepa store within 3 days, the scene we encountered is terrible. First they said that there is no refund for gold products, then they said that we have the right to return if the shopping was online. At the end, they said that we could return the product at a loss of 30 percent. At the end of 3 days, we could return the product purchased for 4350 TL with 3050 TL. I contacted Storks headquarters and was not helped. They offer us the reason to give 30 percent loss for the return, but this does not include the gold valid on jewelry products. The store manager states that he bought the gold from a private store and elsewhere. He would have wanted to help in this situation, but his demeanor and behavior was not pleasant at all. Never opt for shopping. The store manager and his team are incredibly relaxed towards the customer. Customer satisfaction 0. They are solution-oriented 0. I brought the matter up to the arbitration committee. It is never helped. Think twice before shopping.
