★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were with 3 person and a room was too small. There wasn't shelf for sitcases and free corner to put them in. Additionally the internet in whole complex was slow or sometimes no connection, using skype or facabook messanger was not possible. The restaurant serve even good food but for drink they charge additional fee. The hotel location is outside downtown. You have to walk 20min to get there. Overall a hotel is nice but service quality must improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively small room, overall is ok. Location is not the hot air balloon hot spot, but still able to see hot air balloon in the morning. They have a dog near swimming pool, make sure to visit him as he is lonely over there. Staff is helpful, if u need anything you can ask them for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were ok for single occupancy. Wifi was average, not that fast. Food was good, lots of varieties for desserts. Staff was extremely helpful. Location is a bit far from hot air balloon spots but you do get a good view of balloons when they take off from this hotel and it’s restaurant. They have a very cute dog too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside of the hotel looks great, but the rooms are small and basic. At the restaurant the food is very good, with Turkish specialties. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is proper if you want to have a balloon flight. This flight is a special experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel very clean. White towels. Shampoo and wash gel in the toilet. Very nice service. Delicious food. The hotel has a very interesting design. The corridors on the walls have beautiful decorations. The decor of the rooms is unusual and very nice. The hotel has a gift shop. There is an outdoor swimming pool next to the hotel. The water is not heated. 160 cm deep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly and food was good. WiFi was really poor. After 11 pm guests were really loud screaming and dancing in the hallway by the rooms and the second night guests were at the pool so loud at 1am and no body tried to ask them to be quit a little bit and I think that was really disrespectful. The rooms were really clean but so small and they gave us single bed for each couples like we’re in high school! Over all I would give the food and the staff 4 starts but it was such a struggle going to sleep at night.
