I went for the prosthetic nail removal process, the person in charge was not smiling at all, it hurt me a lot and broke my nail. I don't understand how unprofessional people who can't do their job well are employed in such a business..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir yer görmedim!. Bodrumdan gelip düğün için tırnak yaptıralım dedim başıma gelmeyen kalmadı bu yaptığınızı başka yerde yapamazsınız işletme değil resmen çetesiniz. Bu tırnaklarla dükkandan çıktım çünkü işini bilmeyen birini koymuşlar profesyonelmiş(!) kaç saat tırnak olsun diye bekledim ve 3 saat sonra sonuç benim gerginliğim onu germiş ondan yapamamış bahanesi de bu. Bir tırnak takıyor diğeri düşüyorrrr kafayı yememek elde değil bilmediğiniz işi yapmayın orda 10 saat tırnak yapmanı kimse beklemez senin deneme tahtan değil kimse! Parmaklarımı törpülemeye kadar geldi iş üstüne de para aldılar !!! ellerim hala acıyor hakkım haram olsunnnn.
I have never seen such a bad place in my life!. I said, let's come from Bodrum and get nails done for the wedding. I left the shop with these nails because they put someone who doesn't know his job, he was a professional(!) I waited for how many hours to get nails and after 3 hours the result was my nervousness, which is the excuse that he couldn't do it. One nail wears the other one falls off. It's hard not to get mad, don't do what you don't know, no one expects you to do nails there for 10 hours, no one is your test board! It came to the point of filing my fingers and they took money on the job!!! my hands still hurt, my right is forbidden.

Hem lazer epilasyon hem cilt bakımı hem de manikür pedikür yaptırdım. Yaptırdığım her işlemden memnun kaldım ve kesin sonuç aldım. İşinin ehli insanların çalıştığı bir işletme olup, yapılacak işleri layığıyla yapıp yapılmayacak şeyleri sırf para için kesinlikle yapmıyorlar.
Nesrin hanımla yıllardır tanışırım ne kendisinin ne de çalışanlarının saygısızlığını yada hakaretini görmedim eğer insanların mesleğine saygısızlık ederseniz hakaret işitmeniz çok normal
Çevremdeki insanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ettiğim ve ailemden insanlarıda rahatlıkla getirdiğim, temizlik, profesyonellik ve güleryüz gördüğüm bi yer.

I have been using this business since 2014.
I had both laser hair removal, skin care and manicure pedicure. I was satisfied with every procedure I had done and I got definite results. It is a business where competent people work, and they certainly do not do the things to be done properly for the money.
I have met Ms. Nesrin for years, I have never seen her or her employees' disrespect or insult, if you disrespect people's profession, it is normal to hear insults.
It is a place that I recommend to people around me with peace of mind and I bring people from my family easily, where I see cleanliness, professionalism and smiling face.
Don't just look at the comments, give it a try, I say you have very little chance of regret.
