Проще говоря мне нужна была квартира, уже желательно с мебелью и за цену, на которую я рассчитывал. Я воспользовался советом, и здесь за короткие сроки мне всё устроили. Получилось даже больше, чем я ожидал, мне предложили не один, а сразу несколько вариантов, подходящих под мой запрос. С языковыми сложностями не столкнулся, что тоже несомненно порадовало. Сам процесс прозрачный, и риэлтеры всё объясняют С юридической точки – как положено, дополнительных издержек не было. Выручили.

The process itself is transparent, and realtors explain everything From a legal point of view - as expected, there were no additional costs. Helped out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to tell that my experience with that agency was really really bad.
I paid to them 500€ of down payment for buying property and in meantime my lawyer from told me that property what I wanted to buy from them have a some legal problems, and because of that is a chance that in a future whole building will be destroyed.
They told if I want to buy another property they will pay my lawyer to check all of documentation but from this moment they started to ignore messages and calls from my layer.
When I wanted to buy another property from them, they sent me offer with prices and in just few hours they called me that now the price is changed and it is for 2000€ more expensive.
So, they tried to sell me a property with a legal problems, and after that, two times they tried to change the price for another properties, what is really unprofessional and unacceptable.
AFTER THAT THEY IGNORED MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS FROM MY LAWYER AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME BACK 500€ OF DOWNPAYMENT.
For all of that I have a screenshots of comunication between me and them and between me and my lawyer.
