We had to finish our honeymoon early, we used the car for two days, we gave it back, it's been a full year and still doesn't give back our kaporamız, they don't give up for 500, they say they don't have money on it and they share new cars every day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein Auto für 10 Tage gemietet und ein ganz anderes Auto bekommen, welches viel kleiner war. Es wurde so getan, als wäre es ein Upgrade, weil es Automatik hat. Außerdem haben wir einen Kindersitz gemietet, den wir aufgrund eines Defektes nicht benutzen konnten. Wir haben es frühzeitig gemeldet, um das Geld zurückzubekommen und am Abreisetag hieß es, man könne leider nichts tun. Allenfalls könne man uns nächstes Jahr ein Auto mit Rabatt anbieten. Wirklich schwach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles ok! Haben den Wagen zum Ausgang des Flughafens geliefert und am Eingang wieder abgenommen bekommen. Bezahlung war bar. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Haben wegen Verfügbarkeit anstelle eines Diesel/Autom., einen Benziner/Autom. bekommen, trotzdem super! Gerne wieder.
Everything OK! Delivered the car to the exit of the airport and got it picked up again at the entrance. Payment was cash. The landlord was available at any time. Due to availability, instead of a diesel / autom., A petrol / autom. get, still great! Gladly again.
