★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İt's a particularly old and shabby Starbucks. That said, the toilet was clean. The staff spent most of the time talking amongst themselves and watching cat videos on YouTube which struck me as kind of idiotic... And they had zero English language skills which is not really explicable in the capital city of a major regional country...
