Starbucks - Incek Şht. Savcı Mehmet Selim Kiraz Blv

I just started going to this Starbucks about a week ago. The space is open and inviting. The coffee and food are good, but what sets this Starbucks apart from any of the others I’ve been to in Turkey is the service. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A few of them speak some English, which is helpful for foreigners like me who have very limited Turkish. Once I came in and the filtered coffee wasn’t done brewing and the oven hasn’t heated up, so I had to wait for my coffee about 5 minutes and had to leave with a cold sandwhich, but to say sorry, the barista gave me a free small coffee. I gave it to a co-worker since I already had my own coffee, but it was the gesture that counted. The next time I came in, he offered me another free small coffee! I wish all customer service in Turkey were like this.
