★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I get really good coffee at Starbucks but today at this location the coffee - filter coffee with milk - was awful. I think maybe the milk was old or something and I'm sorry I drank as much of it as I did. I went back and complained and all the employee offered was to make me another. That was of course the last thing I wanted.
Maybe they used milk that had been opened too long?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take rest at Starbucks got scammed by the stuff order on drink give out 100TL get back 81 with coins understand they run out the change but without acknowledging the customer that just so wrong!! Went to the stuff ask where is the rest he said that’s what we have ! ! ! Be carful with your wallet they get too use to to scammer the tourist !

I have US cellphone number, and I couldn't get the code to access the WiFi. It seems that it's not working at all.
Also I asked for lattee and it wasn't tasting good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İ like Starbucks but İ think this branch needs a refresh. There aren't quite enough tables upstairs A street dog had got inside and a couple of teens were trying to sell us cologne The coffee and drinks are good quality and the wifi is always secure. İ think with a lick of paint and a look at the layout this could be a five star place. The terrace bear the water and upstairs balcony seating is great in Warner weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs an upgrade in layout but the staff are friendly and there is the consistency with Starbucks which always makes it a great experience. Toilets are clean as well. It is in a tourist area so you may be approached but someone wishing to sell you something. Not somewhere to leave valuables unattended, unlike other stores in Türkiye. Just for your own peace of mind.
