Ucuz (genel olarak bakıldığında birçoğu yerde kahve fiyatları birbirine çok yakın), kaliteli, müşteri memnuniyeti örnek vermek gerekirse herhangi bir kahveciye gittiğinizde (genel olarak) kasiyererin yanına gidip su istediğinizde sizden para alıyorlar fakat Starbucks size buzlu suyunuzu bir bardak ile servis ediyor. Her ne kadar çeşme suyu olsada bu bir hizmet.
