★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker at the Starbucks cafe made us pay extra for 2 caffe lattes, 2 cakes and one water. It would usually cost 137. But he took 199 turkish lera and he didnt give us the receipt. I don’t recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal does not how to use their card terminal. They were constantly trying to charge my card with Liras using exchange rate from Lira to USD. So I gave up and let them charge my card in USD while instructions were clearly given on the terminal with an option to opt out from currency conversion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks, you should watch after your franchisees better. Personnel at the counter puts shame upon your reputable brand. It’s difficult to manage proper customer service at the airport, but they aren’t even trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst I ever been to. 7-10 people in the queue and takes ~ 30min to get to the till for one iced cappuccino! ? and I did try it in 2020 and in 2021 - nothing changed, consistently slow and poor service. Same on you Starbucks in Antalya Airport! If I was in the shoes of the airport operator I would strongly consider putting someone else, and it is silly of Starbucks to loose out revenue purely of unqualified and slow staff at this specific site.
