★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the staff who are not as professional as I would expect at Starbucks! When I was giving my order this morning, the two younger staff ( a male and a female) were making fun of A word that sounds like my sister’s name, first I didn’t realise what is going on but upon talking to my sister I knew that she previously gave her order and was asked to give her first name to be written at the cup etc... I found this very inappropriate and totally not professional!
