★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tüm süt ürüleri gerçekten çok lezzetli. Çevre köyden köylülerden toplanan sütlerle yapılmışlar ve o doğallığı farkediyorsunuz. Yoğurt fanatiği olarak bu yoğurtlardan yedikten sonra başka yoğurt beğenmez oldum resmen. Marmaris e her gidişimizde beş-altı kutu mutlaka alıyoruz.
Zeytinli ve kırmızı pul biberli sepet peynirde favorilerimden.
All milk products are really delicious. The environment is made with the milk collected from the village villagers and you realize that naturalness. As yogurt fan, I've been eating yogurts and don't like yogurt. Every time we go to Marmaris, we get five or six boxes.
Olives with olives and red flakes with pepper and cheese in basket.

I live in Istanbul and have a holiday 5-6 times in different parts of Muğla every year. Every time I go, I take 5-6 kg of Kızılyaka strained yogurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hazır ürün almak zorunda isem kesinlikle tercihim Kızılyaka oluyor. Özellikle yoğurdu ev yoğurduna en yakın tada sahip. Ayrıca diğer hazır yogurtlardan maya tutmazken bu yoğurttan maya alınabiliyor birebir kendi deneyimimle söylüyorum. Ve diğer yoğurtlar yeserip bozarsa bile ekşime yapmazken bu yoğurt normal bir yoğurt gibi ekşiyor bence bunlar oldukça doğal olduğunun kanıtları. Peyniri diğer piyasa peynirlere oranla çok daha sert ama lezzetli. Yumuşak peynir sevenlere pek uygun sayılmaz. Çökelek ve lor peynirini de kullandım onlar da başarılı. Ama hepsinden öte Tereyağı harika.
If I have to buy ready-made products, I definitely prefer Kızılyaka. Especially its yogurt tastes closest to home yogurt. In addition, I say with my own experience, yeast can be obtained from this yogurt while it does not make yeast from other ready-made yoghurt. And while other yogurts do not turn sour even if they eat and spoil, this yogurt turns sour like a normal yogurt, I think these are proofs that it is quite natural. Its cheese is much harder than other market cheeses, but delicious. Not very suitable for those who love soft cheese. I also used cottage cheese and curd cheese, they are also successful. But above all Butter is great.
