Bir kaç saat önce Selway şublelerinden aldığım ayakkabıyı yol üzeri olduğu için Optimumda iade etmek istedim, büyük bir memnuniyetle güleryüzle karşılayıp yardımcı oldular. En ufak detaylara kadar (sorun yaşanırsa aranacak numara vermek vb. gibi) ilgilendiği için buradan teşekkür etmek istedim. Belki bu alışverişten 1 tl bile kazanamadılar ama ileriye dönük bir müşteri kazanmış oldular..
