Beklemekten yorulup kargo firmasını aramasam tabi bunlardan haberim bile olmayacaktı. Müşteri hizmetindeki operatörden de ukala konuşması yüzünden şikayetçiyim, yardimcı olmaya değil sadece kendilerini haklı çıkarma derdinde. Aramışlardır diyor, o zaman 7/24 açık hattımda neden tek bir cevapsız arama yok!? Çocuk kandırıyorlar sanki. Ürünüm ise hala trendyolda Siparişiniz devam ediyor diye gözüküyor.
