Diğer firmaları telefon ile aradığınızda karşınızda muhattap biri bulamıyorsunuz. Uzun uzun çalan telefonlara kims e cevap vermiyor. Bir şekilde çağrı merkezinden bir yere ulaşsanız da zaten çözüm bulamıyorsunuz. Ama Sürat Kargo Lara şubesi bu konuda çok başarılı. Çalan telefonlara anında yanıt veriliyor. Sizi yönlendiriyorlar ve çözüm bulma konusunda çok yardımcılar. Kargomuzu teslim alırken bizzat oradaki çalışanlara teşekkürlerimizi ilettik. Burada da yorumumuzu paylaşmak istedik. Even if you somehow reach a place from the call center, you can't find a solution anyway. But Sürat Cargo Lara branch is very successful in this regard. Ringing phones are answered immediately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a few items from Evidea, some of these items were send via Surat Kargo, my experience is that Surat Kargo will wait and wait in the hope that you will go and collect your parcel from their local office, one of my parcels arrived 6 days ago, it has not been delivered yet!!!
