Yıllar öncesinde bir arkadaşımın tavsiyesi ile tanıdığım canım doktorum.Diş konusunda temizlik ve iletişim benim için iki önemli kriterdi.Emine Hanım her sıkıntıma oldukça titiz ve temkinli yaklaşarak çözüme kavuşturdu.Aynı şekilde asistanı Esra Hanım'ın da iletişimi oldukça iyi.Her ikisine de bu konuda teşekkür etmek istiyorum.Emine Hanım işinde gerçekten çok başarılı.Bugüne kadar birçok arkadaşıma tavsiye ettim ve onlar da gittiklerinde son derece memnun kaldıklarını dile getirdiler.Birçok farklı konuda diş tedavisi olmuş biri olarak Emine Hanım'a güvenim tam.Bence hasta-doktor ilişkisinde en önemli şey güven duygusu.İyi ki varsınız:)

My dear doctor, whom I knew with the advice of a friend years ago. Cleanliness and communication were two important criteria for me in terms of teeth. I went to treatment for years, Burak Bekçioğlu became like my brother in terms of surgery. He made me enter the operations with a smile and leave happily. Endless thanks to our sister, who welcomed her from her secretary, to the nurses from her assistant, and most of all to my teacher Burak ?

- Doktorlar ilgili, sorununuzu uzun uzun, sakin sakin anlatirlar. Temiz bir hastane.
- Randevunuza zamaninda giremezsiniz, minimum 15 dakika bekletirler.
Bugün 45 dakika bekledikten sonra (hicbir bilgilendirme yapilmadan) artık dayanamayıp çıktim, daha da beklerdim herhalde.
Herkesin zamani kıymetli.
It has pros and cons.
- Doctors are concerned, they will talk about your problem at length and calmly. It's a clean hospital.
- You cannot enter your appointment on time, they will make you wait for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Today, after waiting for 45 minutes (without any notification), I couldn't stand it anymore and left, I guess I should have waited longer.
Everyone's time is precious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dişçi korkusu olan 7 yaşındaki kızıma Dr. Banu Gülcan'ın yaklaşımı çok güzeldi, dolgu yapıp yapamıyacağını çeşitli yollarla korkutmadan denedi ancak kızımın ağzında çok fazla çürük olması ve çok hareketli olması nedeniyle anestezi ile yapmasının daha doğru olacağını söyledi. Biz de kabul ettik. Operasyon için gittiğimizde anestezi uzmanları Eren hoca olsun kendisi olsun öyle güleryüzle karşıladılarki, hiç sorunsuz sıkıntısız 2 saatlik bir operasyonla anesteziden çok korkmama rağmen kızımı bana sağsalim teslim ettiler. Oldcity dente ve doktorlarımıza teşekkür ediyorum..
