Hello, doctors are great, they are really competent people, but it doesn't end with good doctors, unfortunately, the whole team has to be good too. Today, I went down to the blood collection department to have a single test given by my doctor, and when I went to the blood collection department, the lady there greeted me with a very sullen face because she even put her bag in front of her to go out and started looking for a vein, she said, "You don't have any veins". I said, unfortunately, you are the expert, it is a bit distressing. He got very angry, took out his bag, put a needle on my left hand, saying that it hurt, and when I said it hurt very much, he said, "Well, it will hurt, of course." My vein was swollen, lumped, press it, he said, he took his bag and went away. My hand started to bleed like crazy, I bought cotton with one hand, applied tape again, and the working hour was not over, it was around 15:30. Shame on them and of course the hospital management who employs such people and does not supervise them.

The doctor I went to with toothache made a sloppy filling and left it. And if the pain continues, he said, I don't do root canal treatment, I will refer you to another doctor. I never recommend it. Don't go. Don't go. The filling I had yesterday hurts again. I have to wait for an appointment with another doctor now with this pain.

We went to have a test on Sunday and waited for hours. If we had gone to the public hospital, we would have waited less. We called before we left, but no one picked up the phone. Even though there were 2 nurses' names on the board when we left, there was only one nurse, which was the reason why we waited. The service is far behind.

The hospital is nice and clean in general, I'm going especially for Ms. Hülya, I'm very pleased...but Unfortunately, when we went to different branches, I always encountered the attitude that you should register in this section for an analysis.. I mean, the doctor is important, not the hospital..!!!
