Doktor tabiki de insani olarak öğle molasına ve diğer molalara cıkmalı ancak hastanenin acil servis hizmeti varsa gerekli koşulları sağlamakla yükümlü olan hastanedir. İki doktor ya da farklı bir çözüm ancak kimseyi bu kadar bekletmemeli. I've been waiting for the emergency room for 40 minutes. I came at 12.05 and I was told that the doctor was on lunch break, and nobody cared about the patients waiting in the emergency line. Of course, the doctor should take the lunch break and other breaks as a humanitarian, but if the hospital has an emergency service, it is the hospital that is responsible for providing the necessary conditions. Приехали в 6.30 утра и ждали 2 часа на лавочке. Ни кто не разговаривал ни на русском ни на английском, пользовались переводчиком. Сдавать тест не в самом сдании, если лицом стоять к главному входу, по левую руку будет небольшой контейнер. Если пришли заранее, стойте там. За результатами просят приехать, но мы попросили скинуть на почту или ватсап, согласились не сразу, но в итоге скинули в ватсап в 12.30, т.е. результат ждали 4.5 часа. A	Assma Zaghlool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad experience taking the PCR test.. unbelievably bad service, very slow data entry process, looks like the staff is too lazy to do their job and it's already taking way too long.. 45 minutes ONLY FOR DATA ENTRY!!! Way too unprofessional but we had no choice bcz we thought it wasn't going to take that long.

I had pre booked an antigen test and was met with extreme rudness and unprofessionalisim, The nurse who carried out my test didn't understand that I needed an antigen and was trying to force me to get a PCR test even though I had pre booked an antigen test. Whilst collecting the sample out of spite she shoved the swab stick all the way up my nose in order to cause me pain which I still feel 2 days later. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
