Genel olarak bakarsak polikilink te Erdal bey ve Sefa bey için genelde gidiyoruz. Bazı polikilinklerde çok sık doktor değiştiriyorlar bu üzücü bir durum maalesef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babam multip myelom hastası ciğerlerinde enfeksiyon olduğu için Balcalı'dan sevkle hastanenizin yoğun bakım ünitesine doktor Adem Yılmaz hastası olarak 30.11.2021 tarih saat 12:00'de yatış yapmıştır. Doktor babamın hastanede yatmak istemediğini belirterek 03.12.2021 tarihinde ise hastaneden taburcu olmuştur. Hastaneden ayrıldıktan sonra babama sordum neden hastanede yatmadın biraz daha kalsaydın dediğimde ise yemekleri güzel değil içmek için su pek olmadığını istediğimizde çoğu zaman getirmediklerini ve yatağın çarşafında lekelerin olduğunu söyledi.
Yoğun bakım hemşiresi ise yattığı gün babam için benden;
Islak mendil kolonya pudra peçete su yatak örtüsü istedi. Hastanenizin acil tarafındaki büyük marketten babam için malzemeleri şok tan ise 24 adet su alıp hastanenizin yoğun bakım hemşiresine babama götürmesi için verdim 01.Aralık Çarşamba günü ise yoğun bakım hemşiresi abimden su ve peçete istemiş 24 tane su ve peçete alıp vermiş.Babam alınan malzemelerden haberi bile olmadığını kendinede verilmediğini anlattı.
Biz hastanenize güvenip hastamızı teslim ediyoruz ama karaktersiz çalışanlarınız almış olduğumuz ürünleri kendileri için kullanımına ayırmakta ve daha kötüsü evine götürdüğü aşikardır. Hastanenizde yaşanan bu olayın bir daha yaşanmaması için gerekli işlemlerin yapılması ve önleminin alınması konusunda gerekli hassasiyeti göstererek cezalandırılmasını istiyorum.

Oldukça temiz ve nezih bir hastene hemşireler oldukça uzman tenim inanılmaz hassas olmasına rağmen damar yolu sonrası tek morluğum bile olmadı. Her şeyiyle dört dörtlüktü. Teşekkürler SEZAR HOSPİTAL :)

Nurses are experts in a very clean and decent hospital. Although my skin is incredibly sensitive, I didn't even have a single bruise after vascular access. It was all round. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıldızı daha az puan veremediğimden verdim. Santrale bağlanmak için az önce ilk sırada olmama rağmen 25 dakika bekledim. Ciddiyetsiz birisi telefonu açtı ve yüzüme kapattı. Hastanede yapılan tetkiklerime ulşmam gerek ama doktor izinde veremeyiz diyorlar. Tıp merkezlerinde bile daha fazla personel ve daha ciddi bir yapı vardır. Hastane ismi yakışmamış...
I gave 1 star because I couldn't rate it less. Even though I was in the first row, I waited 25 minutes to connect to the switchboard. Someone frivolous picked up the phone and hung up on me. They say that I need to reach my examinations at the hospital, but they cannot give me permission from the doctor. Even medical centers have more staff and a more serious structure. Ölseniz bile gerekirse ölün önünden geçmeyin. Para oadaklı çalışan, kimsenin kimseden haberi olmayan bir hastane Sefa hoca ve Erdal hoca için gidiyoruz ama hastanede genel bir olmamışlık var. Asansörler arızalı, bir tane bile dezenfektan yok.. para alırken keseyi en üstten açıyorlar ama küçük hesaplar yapıyorlar.. yemekler inanılmaz kötü refakatçiyi geçtim hastaya o yemeği vermeyin bari. Küstah bir hemşire dışında bütün personel çok çok ilgilendi o yönden memnun olduk Kesinlikle berbat bir hastane hemşireler sıfır biz insanlar kimin eline kaldık hemşire hemşire degil her işimizi kendimiz gördük kuzenim ameliyat oldu refakatçi olarak kaldım hemşiresi bendim bir sandalye bile vermediler kendi piknik sandalye mizi çıkardık üstünede 50 tl istediler insanların sağlıklarını hiçe sayan bir hastane yazık Anneannem kalp hastası götürdük, götürmez olsaydık keşke. Ettikleri hipokrat yeminleri boşunadır hiçbir şekilde tavsiye edilecek bir hastane değildir, yaptıkları bu iğrenç muamele için Allah'a havale ediyorum vicdanlarıyla baş başa bırakıyorum..
