I love this store no matter what anyone says. My latest built-in team just because I'm moving home early evening trying to bring love from here. Qualified employees make the store even more perfect.

Sıkıntılarını belli etmeden vazifelerini layıkıyla yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Çoklu siparişlerde aksama olduğu gibi telefonlarınıza da bakmıyorlar. Henüz kurumsallaşamamış fakat kurumsal görünmeye çalışan şirin bir avm. Ürünlerinizi takip etmenizi öneririm. Üç ay oldu eksik olan halımız gelmedi.

Alırken gayet güzel ilgili alakalı fakat hatalı ürünlerde kimse ilgilenmiyor bu ay sonu taksitler başlıyor 2 gün gecikme yapsak faiz koyarlar ama kendileri 1 aydır hatalı ürünleri mi yenileriyle değiştirmediler ustelik sevkiyata cikan calisanlari da cok kaba ve vurdum duynazlar nerede müşteri memnuniyeti .. böyle giderse şikayet edeceğim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doğum gününde anneme aldığım televizyon altlığı kurulum yapılırken hasarlı çıktı. Ustayı arayıp söyledik tamam halledeceğim parça gelsin yaparım dedi. 1 ay bekledik ne arayan var ne soran şubeye gittim tamam halledeceğiz parça gelsin dediler bir kaç hafta da öyle beklettiler yine arayan yok. Bunların üstüne babam da gitti 3-4 kez ve sürekli haftaya halledeceğiz diye ertelediler 6 ay oldu alalı taksiti bitti neredeyse bugün tüketici haklarına başvurduk.
Onun dışında çok gereksiz pahalı ve mağazadaki çalışanlar güler yüzlü değil bir kere gittiğimde kız arkadaşımı yoldan çevirip yalvarırcasına bir ürün satmaya çalıştı elemanın biri yok dedikçe ısrar ediyorlar.
Vasat üstü bir mağaza tek iyi yanı elden taksit yapmaları.
The TV base I bought for my mother on her birthday was damaged during the installation. We called the master and said, okay, let the piece come and do it. We waited for 1 month, I went to the branch asking what there is a caller, they said okay, we will take care of the piece, they said that they waited for a few weeks, again, no callers. On top of these, my father went 3-4 times and they postponed it because we will take care of it in the next week. It has been 6 months. The installment is over and we have almost applied for consumer rights today.
Apart from that, it is very unnecessarily expensive and the employees in the store are not smiling. Once I go, they insist that when I go there, my girlfriend turns away and pleadingly tries to sell a product and says there is no one of them.
The only good thing about an above-average store is that they make installments by hand.

Aramasam ogrenemeyecektik ki olmayan mobilyalarının satışını yapmışlar. Sisteme dahi girilmemiş,ve Aydın Efeler deki şubenin bu satıştan haberi dahi yoktu.iki günde gelip kurulacak mobilyalar bu hafta 3hafta olacak hâlâ teslim edilmedi. Bir yıldız dahi çok. Hâlâ beklemedeyim ancak mobilya teslimi sağlanmadı. Bu nasıl bir ticaret anlayışı.
My father chose the gift furniture for our baby from here, he even paid for it. The product was to be delivered to Didim from Aydın Efeler branch, but it was delayed by 1 week. If I hadn't called, we wouldn't have found out because they sold their non-existent furniture. The system was not even entered, and the branch in Aydın Efeler did not even know about this sale. The furniture to be installed in two days will be 3 weeks this week and still not delivered. Even one star is too much. I'm still waiting but furniture delivery is not provided. What kind of business concept is this?
