Güvenlikli, merkezi sistem ısınma, düzenli, ulaşım sorunu olmayan güzel, yatırım için gelecek vaad eden bir sitedir. Konut tipleri 2+1 den 5+1'e kadar değişmektedir. Site içinde boydan boya süs havuzu, sosyal tesisler mevcut olup yanında bulunan Sinpaş Altınoran sitesinin tesislerinden de istifade edebilirler, Elmadağ kayak merkezine, Kızılaya, Aşti'ye 10dk. mesafededir.
 This site is one of the best locations in Ankara and it was built as an urban transformation project with the joint organization of Şinpaş and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality and it has started a session since June 2017. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşım oturuyor burada. Manzara cok guzel fakat katlar arası koridor otel odalarını andırıyor. Anladığım kadarıyla komşuluk açısından da ideal bir yer degil. Fakat yine de insanlar birbirine nezaketli davranıyor. Asansörde selam veriyorlar. Binalar cok yuksek benim tarzım degil ama oranda yaşamak isteyen insanlar için ozellikle yeni binada yaşamak isteyenler İcin tercih edilebilir
My friend is sitting here. The view is beautiful, but the corridor between floors resembles hotel rooms. As far as I understand, it is not an ideal place in terms of neighbourhood. But still people treat each other with kindness. They greet in the elevator. The buildings are too high, not my style, but for people who want to live at a rate, especially for those who want to live in a new building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clean, safe and quite beautiful place to live. Apartments are big and light with a view of the valley. The air is very clean. Little shop right in the resindence. Bus and little dolmush available. Prices are affordable.
