We entered around 20:00 on 14 November 2021 and the bath was cold, can you imagine? You enter the steam room, a little water flows inside and zero steam. You tell the situation to the staff, he gives an unscientific reason that 'it happens when the door is opened and closed too much' and there is no solution. The steam room is the most important place with friends, but there is no service, it's a complete delusion, or put a kettle of water inside, more steam would be needed anyway, the small place was not too crowded. Maximum of 40 people. The mandatory shower area at the entrance is not working. The chlorine added to the pools for hygiene purposes is of very poor quality, I think, there is excessive odor and burning eyes. We coughed, our throat burned. Every business adds chlorine or different chemicals for hygiene, but it is very poor quality. Corporate identity is not formed or lost . If your steam room is not working or if your bath is not hot that day, don't take it bro, tell us, we come once a month a year anyway. In short, we just came to take a shower. We stopped for an hour and a half, we couldn't stop, we said let's tell our story on the way out, let's talk to the manager. They said, "They said it's not here, we'll pass it on", but people are waiting, "Let's get your phone number, get a call back to you," unfortunately. I don't think this will be resolved either because most people are used to it.

The pool canteen is inadequate, the lady at the reception is cold to the guests according to their appearance, they do not make any necessary explanations about breakfast and dinner.

The behavior of the staff towards people is very rude. Also, in the hammam section, I suggest you get a service from the reception while you are having a scrub and massage, otherwise they ask for 200 TL for the job you have agreed for 80 TL at the door. It actions that do not suit a large enterprise.

I stayed at the facility for one week between 11.12.2021 and 18.12.2021. During this period, I benefited from the Turkish bath, sauna, pool part of the facility and I was very satisfied, but I saw an inability to include the fee in the account or to pay in cash while the purse service was provided. Even though I paid the cost of the purse service in advance, when I went to close the account while I was leaving the facility, I noticed that the purse fee was added to the account, and although I explained this to the receptionist, no explanatory information was given to me. This is a 5 star tourism facility.
