He is a gentleman named Ibrahim Bey. Very polite and kind. He welcomed me very well. I delivered my product without any problems. He said he would replace the new product with warranty. I hope I will take delivery of my changing product as soon as possible.

I did not feel any lack of technical assistance and information, interest and relevance until now, it was as it should be. They were polite, positive and smiling.

Neymiş: telefonu kargo ile KVK 'ya yollayacakmışım! Onlar inceleyip bana teklif vereceklermiş. Ben tamam dersem telefon tamir edilip yine kargo ile tarafıma yollanacakmış. Toplam süre en az 15 günü bulur. Bu hizmet sayılmaz!
Sony 'nin bu davranışını esefle kınıyorum...!!!
They only serve products within the warranty period. As if other Sony phones are the property of another company. Service separation is not nice at all!
I'm gonna send the phone to KVK by cargo! They're going to examine it and make me an offer. If I say okay, the phone will be repaired and sent to me again by cargo. The total duration is at least 15 days. This service does not count!
I condemn Sony's behavior ... !!!
