★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir servis, bir yıldız bile fazla bu servise Sony gibi bir firmanın böyle bir servisi olucağını düşünmezdim. ps4 dualshock vereli 1 ay oldu ve hala her arayışımda geçiştirmekten başka bir şey yapmıyorlar. Sadece bir tuşunda sıkıntı olan bir duelshock un bu kadar uzun süre serviste kalması gerçekten sony hakkında düşündürdü ve bir daha sony ile ilgili bir cihaz almamam için yeterli bir sebeb gibi geldi. Bu servise herhangi bir cihaz vermeyin !!!
 A disgraceful service, not even one star would have thought that a company like Sony would have such a service for this service. It's been a month since the ps4 dualshock and they still do nothing but fumble on every call. The fact that a duelshock with only one key problem was in service for such a long time really made me think about sony and it seemed like a reason enough for me not to buy a device related to sony again. Do not give any device to this service !!!
