Есть СПА, бассейн зимний и летний, фитнесзал, настольный теннис, парковка и лучший в Махмутлара продуктовый магазин на 1 этаже. Через дорогу вторничный рынок. С пентхаусов шикарный вид на гору и Аланию.
Fresh complex. Commissioned in 2020. Excellent location. The best option between noisy large complexes and simple high-rise buildings. There is a SPA, a winter and summer pool, a fitness room, table tennis, parking and the best grocery store in Mahmutlar on the 1st floor. Tuesday market across the street. From the penthouses there is a gorgeous view of the mountain and Alanya.
