Dear Sir or Madam I had very very bad experience with Sonar Tour in Antalya. The agent never came in time. One time she came half an hour earlier and wanted me to come and talk to her right away. Another time I ordered a tour, and was waiting in the lobby for driver to come and get me( people at the front desk know that I’m waiting for the driver). After twenty minutes of waiting I called the agent, and she said that the driver was there, but couldn’t find me. She proposed that I should go to the Street and look for the car. I went outside, but I did not find the car. I called the agent back, but she did not picked up the phone for 10 minutes. When I called her from a different phone, she finally picked it up and said to me that the driver just left. She never apologized to me and never proposed anything to substitute my spoiled trip. Her talk to me was extremely rude. I will never ever recommend their service to anyone.
