Çok daha iyi lokanta usulü tavuk suyu içtim... Kelle paça da istedik, dana kelleden yapılıyor, suyu beyaz, kokusu biraz ağır. Ben kuzu kelleciyim, sarı renkli kendi suyu olursa daha çok severim. Bu benim tercihim tabi, başkası bu çorbayı belki de lezzetli bulabilir. Kisaca ben begenmedim. I drank chicken broth, it had vermicelli, grated carrots and, I think, thyme. It didn't taste very tasty, I didn't understand whether it was the chicken or the cooking method. I drank much better restaurant-style chicken broth. I'm a lamb's head, I like it better if it has its own yellow juice. This is my choice of course, someone else may find this soup delicious. In short, I did not like it.

We went at night as it was the only place open. It may sound good from hunger since there is no other place at that hour in a place like Gölcük, but it was the worst soup I drank.

Genel kanı olarak bir tık daha güzel olabilirdi biraz daha taneleri büyük dilimlenebilirdi diye düşünüyorum. There was plenty of grain, but I like bigger soups. We went 3 people, we drank tripe and kelle trotter. The taste of the soups was just right. It looked like a clean place. As a general opinion, I think it could have been a little nicer, and the grains could have been sliced larger.
