We went to the market, bought an ininal card, and wanted to load money on the card. The lady in the gray headscarf at the cashier said it takes a long time to load money, and we waited around 5 minutes. The queue is over, we gave the card. Another customer came and said, "It takes a long time to load the card," he said. He took the other customer and there was another queue. After that, we gave the card, we stated that we were in a hurry, and he said there was an error in the system and sent us. We asked his name to let him know and he didn't say his name and he said it's none of your business. We said we'd let the officer know and he started talking loudly. A lot of customers witnessed this and he kept raising his voice even though we warned him. We went to have a card loaded. We officially reserved our 30 minutes for waiting 3-4 times with 5 minutes intervals. I suggest you do it.

I give 1... 2 stars because it is close to my home. Shopping is done and the staff pay insufficient bills and we always have to call the relevant friends as customers to the cashier. There is an inadequacy in this regard, I hope the relevant manager or related friends will take it into account, either as a staff, or their planning should be made on the basis of not keeping the customer waiting.
