★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şok veya ŞOK Marketler 1995 yılında Migros Ticaret A.Ş. tarafından kurulan ŞOK Marketler Ticaret A.Ş. 13 mağaza açarak faaliyetine başladı.[4] Amaç ucuz ve az masraflı ufak boyutlu yaygın bir mağaza ağı kurmak ve raf sistemindeki özelliklerle az personel çalıştırmak ve maaliyeti düşürmekti. Migros Ticaret A.Ş. döneminde sırasıyla 2000 yılında 291, 2005 yılında 311, 2009 yılında 980, 2010 yılında 1254 mağaza açılmıştır.
2011’in Ağustos ayında Yıldız Holding şirketlerinden Gözde Girişim liderliğinde bir konsorsiyum tarafından satın alındı. Satışla birlikte konseptini tamamen yenileyen Şok Market, mağazalarını baştan sona yeniledi.
Şirket 2015 yılı itibarıyla tekrar büyüme kararı alarak, 30 Aralık 2016 tarihli verilere göre 4.000 şube sayısına ulaşmıştır.
Şok or ŞOK Marketler was founded in 1995 as Migros Ticaret A.Ş. Founded by ŞOK Marketler Ticaret A.Ş. It started its activities by opening 13 stores.[4] The aim was to establish a cheap and low-cost small-sized widespread store network and to employ less personnel with the features in the shelf system and reduce the cost. Migros Ticaret A.Ş. 291 stores were opened in 2000, 311 stores in 2005, 980 stores in 2009, and 1254 stores in 2010, respectively.
It was purchased by a consortium led by Gözde Girişim, one of the Yıldız Holding companies, in August 2011. Having completely renewed its concept with the sale, Şok Market completely renewed its stores.
As of 2015, the company decided to grow again, and according to the data dated 30 December 2016, the number of branches reached 4,000.
