Personellere şahıslarına yönelik olmadan şikayetimi dile getirdim mailler atıldığını söylediler. Umarım şok marketler zinciri bu durumu dikkate alır.
I wanted to buy 3 kilos of potatoes and 2 kilos of onions from the grocery store. I opened the bag, it was torn, I opened it again, it was torn. This situation repeated 5 times. I voiced my complaint to the personnel without addressing them, and they said that mails were sent. I hope the shocking grocery chain takes this into account.
