The store and service are fine. There is everything you are looking for, but the female employee, who we know is the store manager, is a bit rude. More friendly employees should be preferred in such corporate companies.

I see their employees pushing the trolley for online shoppers. What an exploitative system! If you cannot provide service with vehicles like Migros, let it be. There's no point in appearing more than you are.
Other than that, I have nothing to say to the employees. I wish you ease and patience.
