★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçenlerde alışveriş icin gittiğimde personelin müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda çok vahim durumda olduğunu gözlemledim. 800 TL civarında alışveriş yaptım ama kasiyerin davranışları yüzünden aldığım tüm ürünleri bırakmaktan son anda vazgeçtim. İşletme yöneticilerinin bu konuda acil aksiyon alması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Personelin bu tavırlarınin sebebini işletmeci olarak analiz etmesi gerekir. Şu şartlarda tekbir müşteriye bukadar ürün satan kasiyerin o müşteriye ve tabiki tüm müşterilerine daha pozitif bir davranış sergilemesine beklerdim.
Recently, when I went shopping, I observed that the staff is in a very bad situation in terms of customer satisfaction. I shopped around 800 TL, but at the last minute, I stopped leaving all the items I bought because of the cashier's behavior. I think business managers should take urgent action on this issue. The staff should analyze the reason for these attitudes as an operator. Under the following circumstances, I would expect the cashier, who sells so many products to a single customer, to behave more positively towards that customer and of course all of their customers.
