★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tomb of Ertugrul Gazi is about 4 hour car drive from Istanbul. It's a rewarding drive because it's very scenic and you going away from touristy area and into countryside of Turkey. The people are super nice and friendly there. The grave site is quite accessible and you can also visit Halime Hatun, his wife.
