Hele sabah saatlerinde fırından yeni çıkmış ekmeğine denk gelirseniz, almayı düşündüğünüz miktarı en az 2 ile çaparak alın derim. Zira benim bir öğünde yarım ekmek olan kapasitem, bu fırının ekmeği olursa 1 ekmeğe çıkıyor. Lezzetiyle ve tam kıvamında pişirilmiş olması sebebiyle kuru yemiş gibi yediriyor da yediriyor ve sonrasında da rahatsızlıkta vermiyor. Sırf buranın ekmeğini alabilmek uğruna Çankaya semtinden üşenmeden aracımla 13 kilometre gibi bir mesafeyi gidip toptan alıyor ve derin dondurucuda muhafaza ederek, yiyeceğimiz öğünden birkaç saat önce çıkartıyor ve ilk günkü tazeliğinde soframıza getiriyoruz. Aile bireylerim de benimle hemfikirler ve onlar da bu ekmeği tercih ediyorlar...

Just for the sake of getting the bread of this place, we take a distance of 13 kilometers from Çankaya district with my vehicle and take it in bulk, keep it in the deep freezer, take it out a few hours before the meal and bring it to our table as fresh as the first day.
