Snowflake Dag Hotel

I would like to talk about my 8-day experience at the Snowflake hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left, every employee was very interested. They tried to be solution-oriented and to solve our problems in the slightest problem. Halit Bey, the owner of the hotel, ski instructors Ozan, Emrah and Adem, all the other ski room staff and everyone who worked to serve in the dining area were very polite. The rooms were large and clean for a mountain hotel. If you are going to stay in the mountain region and are looking for a hotel to stay in, I definitely recommend you to choose the Snowflake hotel. I would like to thank all the staff of the Snowflake hotel, especially Mr. Halit, for ensuring that we had a wonderful holiday here again. Can't wait to go again and counting the days...

It was a holiday that we preferred as a family on the recommendation of my friend. First of all, we had a very nice season (2nd week of March), the weather was perfect for skiing. We came to the hotel from Kars airport with a comfortable shuttle service. Hotel officials, Halit and Ömer, are extremely interested, they deserve a special thank you. Some of the rooms have been renovated, the others will be done in order, although there are minor deficiencies, I can say that they have been very good, considering that they will be fixed. Kubat Bey at the reception is always smiling and helpful. The food in the restaurant is above average in terms of variety and taste. Sauna and SPA have been built downstairs. The masseurs are Balinese and competent. Fireside conversations are very enjoyable, tea is always available to those who want it. There is a ski room and the team is very involved, but because the room is a little small, it can get crowded and a little stuffy especially on weekends. The ski room is close to the slopes, but it is not possible to put on the skis directly. You have 50-60 m of skis in your hand and you have to go up a slight slope, put on the skis there and go down to the lower chair lift station. On the way back, you can come to the ski room with skis.

We extended our holiday, which was 5 days at first, to a week because we were very satisfied with the hotel. The owner of the hotel, Halit Bey, is present at the hotel almost 24/7 and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Hotel staff and Halit Bey immediately help with the slightest problem. I can say that it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Normally, I do not use sauna and hammam, but I used it here with peace of mind. The hotel is right next to the runway. There is a ski school in the hotel where you can rent all kinds of equipment. The teachers are very high quality, you can also take lessons. (I recommend Ozan Hoca for the board) Unlike other hotels, there is a bar and a disco downstairs. There is alcohol sales. There are also game rooms downstairs. Halit Bey specially brings the ingredients of the meals. The honey, tahini molasses, cheeses and vegetables we ate for breakfast were all very fresh. The customer profile and environment of the hotel is also much more elite compared to other hotels. The hotel provides free transportation from Kars Airport. A small amount from Erzurum airport. I will definitely come next year with a larger group of friends.
