M	Melis Boyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasyon olarak cok iyi. Odalardan memnun kaldık, hatta asiri sıcaktı cam açık kaldık 2 gun. Kayakçılar için 1. Katta 3 kabinli soyunma odası yapilmis. Kadın erkek için ayrı olsa çok rahat olabilirdi. Otelin altındaki kafe oldukça uygun, yemekler lezzetli. Fakat otelin kahvaltısı çok kötüydü. Kahvaltiliklar 2 gün boyunca kuru ve lezzetsizdi. Bu konuda yetersiz buldum. Very good location. We were satisfied with the rooms, even it was extremely hot, we stayed with the window open for 2 days. A locker room with 3 cabins has been built on the 1st floor for skiers. It would be very comfortable if the women were separated for the men. The cafe under the hotel is quite affordable, the food is delicious. But the hotel breakfast was very bad. The breakfasts were dry and tasteless for 2 days. I found this insufficient.

Uygulanırken kurum müşteri ve yakınlarına istediği her şey sunulurken bizim gibi normal ücret ödeyip konaklayan müşteriler için ne çay ne kahve hiç bir şey yok. Dağ oteli diye geliyorsanız hayal kırıklığına uğrarsınız kayaklarınızı veya eşyalarınızı bırakabileceğimiz bir dolap Bile yok. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir tesis. Otel demek zaten mümkün değil, bu yönetim ile bu kültüre ulaşması da mümkün değil, tek yıldız bile alamaz. Since the facility is owned by the municipality, everything is limited and there is a double standard among the guests staying at the hotel. While it is being applied, everything is offered to the customers and their relatives of the institution, while there is no tea or coffee for customers like us who pay normal fees and stay. If you come as a mountain hotel, you will be disappointed. There is not even a locker where we can leave your skis or belongings. A facility that I will never choose again. It is not possible to call it a hotel, it is not possible to reach this culture with this management, it cannot even get a single star.
M	M. Y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palandöken için sınırsız skipass almamdaki en büyük etken Snowdora'dır. Müdürlerinden çalışanlarına hepsi oldukça güler yüzlü. Özellikle işinin ehli olan resepsiyon sorumlusu Doğukan Bey'in hiç değişmeyen ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür etmek isterim. Otel piste çok yakın, kayakçılar için konumu harika. Kahvaltı açık büfe, sıcak servisleri iyi. Öğleden sonra çay saati var. Sıcacık çay, kahve ve atıştırmalıklar kayak sonrasında iyi geliyor. Akşam yemekleri oldukça lezzetli ve seçenekli. Tatlı çeşitleri fazla. Dilerseniz A la carte söyleyebilirsiniz menü fiyatları uygun. Odalar tertemiz ve sıcak. Her sezon bir ay konaklama yapıyorum, şimdiye kadar hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Snowdora is the biggest factor in buying unlimited skipass for Palandoken. From the managers to the employees, they are all very friendly. I would like to thank especially the competent receptionist Mr. Doğukan for his unchanging interest and concern. The hotel is very close to the piste, the location is great for skiers. Breakfast is open buffet, hot services are good. It's tea time in the afternoon. Warm tea, coffee and snacks are good after skiing. Evening meals are very tasty and with choices. There are many sweet varieties. If you wish, you can order A la carte, menu prices are reasonable. Rooms are clean and warm. I stay for a month every season, so far I have not had any problems. I would definitely recommend.

A	AYBARS DEMIR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ordinary hotel, it is located near by lift, i would say maximum 1 minute to walk from hotel to lift. Well, food is not good. Nevertheless, it is the cheapest hotel you can stay around here guys since you come for skiing or snowboarding, it should be OK to stay.
M	May Faraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hot water when the temperature is freezing. And they promise and don’t do anything about it. The cheapest hotel in Turkey is better than this place. Not recommended at all.

But you will not have a Good experience as a European tourist of you stay anywhere else than the chalets. Conservative and restrictive management due to government ownership.
