It is a very nice store and very clean. The employees value the customers and each customer is treated individually. Very good service 5 stars.

I would especially like to thank the employee, whose name I learned was Okan, for his smiling, polite and caring approach. I'm giving 5 stars for that too :)
C	Cansu Algıer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ daha rezil bir online alışveriş sitesi hayatımda görmedim.bir ayakkabı sipariş ettim 10 günde gönderdiler yırtık bir ayakkabı kutusuyla,kutuyu actıgımda karşımda 2 farklı renk ayakkabı vardı değiştirmek için mağazaya gitmek istedim fakat bunu kabul etmediler bununlada kalmadılar kargoya gittim yenisini göndermeleri için 5 gün sonra yenisini gönderdiler tabi işin en rezil kısmı burda başlıyor ayakkabının biri farklı numara bir diğer eşi farklı numara cıktı tekrar magazaya gittim değiştirmek için ve orda bir muhattap bulamamakla beraber yine ürünün değişimini yapamayacaklarını söylediler tekrar kargoya gittim ürünü geri yolladım. ürünün parası bir hafta olmasına ragmen hala hesabıma iade edilmedi.işini bu kadar özensiz yapan müşteriye bu kadar saygısı olmayan başka bir firma görmedim birdaha asla ordan alışveriş yapmayacagım aklı olanda yapmasın. I have not seen a more infamous online shopping site in my life.I ordered a shoe in 10 days they sent it with a torn shoe box, when I opened the box, I had 2 different shoes in front of me, I wanted to go to the store to change it but they did not accept it, they did not go to the cargo, they sent a new one after 5 days. Of course, the most infamous part of the work starts here, one of the shoes has a different size and another has a different number. I went back to the store to change it and although they could not find a contact there, they said they could not change the product again, I went to the cargo and sent the product back. Although the money of the product was a week, it was still not returned to my account. I have never seen another company that does not respect the customer that does its job so sloppy.
