Smiley's

The waiter hustled us but the food was damn good. They are going to bring you what they want to sell you not what you order(or in addition to) so if you’ve got the money just go with it. Recommended by a few locals for fish as well unsolicited which is always a good sign. Mussels, white fish in a honey mustard vinegar type dressing, and seafood soup mezes were so good. The grilled squid probably the best I’ve ever had seasoning wise and grilled perfect. Kuzu Guvec (lamb casserole) was pretty good as well, can skip the mix seafood plate. It’s all frozen and not what they point to in the case of fresh seafood and offer to make you a mix plate of....

Went for dinner and really enjoy it. We selected our own fish and squid from the counter which was then nicely grilled. Service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend if you love seafood. Lovely location along the coast.

Staff friendly and competent. Excellent food. After a fundamentally disappointing food experience to date Smiley's was a positive and enjoyable change. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The prawn entree mixed grill plate and the pomegranate vinegar and oil salad all went down a treat.

So when we first arrived, the waiters were very attentive but as soon as we ordered our food , the service went slightly downhill. We felt like they had forgotten about us because we saw other tables receiving their food before us even though those customers arrived after us. We had waited about 40 minutes for our food and our starter arrived at the same time as the main which we did not appreciate. Whenever we asked for something, we always had to ask twice! Overall - the food and wine was good but the service was lacking.

Waited too long even though it was not crowded. Prices were fair compared to the meals. Kalamar tava was tasty but not enough for main meal.

So if you want an easy night out, tasty food and no nonsens service... try this place. Place has more than 100 seats, but you never need to wait more then 10 minutes. They are fast and professional! So when I deared to eat meat at a fish place, I can honestly tell you I had the best Saç Kavurma I ever had in Turkey...and I tried everywhere! Started with fresh calamari and my wife went for the chicken casserole... all on point, all very tasty. With 4 glasses of wine (well served) starter and main we ended at 285tl. Go to place!

I love Smileys so much! We are staying in Kas for one month and have been coming every week. Don't miss out on this opportunity to eat delicious local fish at unbeatable prices.

The best seafood experience I had in Kaş. Do yourself a favor, drop the menu and go see the fresh fish/seafood that's on display. Jumbo shrimps and calamari were incredibly tasty. Service was very reactive and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend! (Yes we started that fish before thinking of taking a picture...)
