N	NURAY DUYSAK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diş tedavisi konusunda çok şanslı olduğumu söyleyemem hatta bu konuda kötü tecrübelerimden dolayı ciddi kaygılar yaşamış bir insanım.Geçmişte memnun olmadığım zirkon kaplamalarımın olduğu yerde tedavi edilmesine rağmen daha sonradan şişen bir dişim için güvenerek buraya başvurdum.Beni rahat ettirecek sağlıklı bir tedavi yapılması tek beklentimdi ama beklentimin çok çok üzerinde beni mutlu eden bu ekibe sonsuz teşekkür ederim.İlk etapta tanıştığım çene cerrahı Şevket bey gerekli diş çekimi ve sonrasında diş implantımı yaptı.Eli çok hafif, bilgili, dinleyen ve çözüm üreten bir doktor. Apar topar değil, tüm süreci size detaylı olarak anlatıyor ve çok emin bir şekilde uyguluyor.Sonrasında ise zirkon dişlerimin de yapılmasıyla eski şikayetlerim tamamen ortadan kalktı.Smile Zone Klinik ile beraber bu süreç sonunda gördüm ki diş konusunda artık daha şanslıyım.Güvenebileceği ve gerçek anlamda kendisine doktor arayan benim gibi tüm hastalara da tavsiye ediyorum.Tüm ekibe ve doktorlara tekrar teşekkürler ? Onun referansıyla kliniği araştırdım ve randevu aldım. Üst çenemde uzun yıllardır altından diş gelmediği için duran süt dişim gülümsediğimde beni çok rahatsız ediyordu. Ancak dişsiz kalmak istemediğim için daha önceleri çekimini hiç istemedim. Smile Zone'a geldiğimde Merve hoca ve Şevket hoca bana tedavi sürecini öyle detaylı ve bilgili anlattılar ki gerçekten tam anlamıyla tavırlarından dolayı kendilerine ve kliniğe güven duydum. Dişimin çekimi, yerine implantı kemik tozu ve üzerine dişi 1 gün içinde tamamlandı. İşlem sonrası ağrı yok denecek kadar azdı, şişlikse hiç oluşmadı. İmplant kaynayınca da Merve hoca estetik porselen dişimi tamamladı. Dişimdeki bu değişim için tüm uzman doktorlara ve çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ederim. With his reference, I researched the clinic and made an appointment. My milk tooth, which had been sitting in my upper jaw for many years, was bothering me a lot when I smiled. However, because I didn't want to be without teeth, I never wanted to have it taken before. When I came to Smile Zone, Professor Merve and Şevket explained the treatment process to me in such detail and knowledge that I really trusted them and the clinic because of their attitude. The extraction of my tooth was completed in 1 day with the bone powder and the tooth on it. Post-procedure pain was almost non-existent, and swelling did not occur at all. When the implant fused, Merve teacher completed my aesthetic porcelain tooth. I would like to thank all the specialist doctors and staff again for this change in my tooth.

B	Buğrahan Dündar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 yıldız olarak değerlendirme yaparak en başta yayınlanması istiyorum. 10.11.2021 tarihinde internet üzerinden araştırma yaparak gitmiş bulunduğum ve 4.9 puana sahip bir kurumun her şeyi ile 4.9 puanı hak etmiş olması gerekmektedir. Dişlerimde bulunan problemler için Şevket bey ile görüşmemiz sonucunda benden diş filmi için 80 + KDV şeklinde bir ödeme istendi.( Daha önce gittiğim hiç bir kurum benden bunun için ücret talep etmedi) Zaten insanlar oraya belli şikayet ve ağrıları ile gittiği için bir şey demiyorsun zaten ücret istenen yer film odasının içi ve oradan geri dönmek bir hasta için ne kadar kolay. Şevket bey film sonucuna göre yorumda bulundu ve 2 tane dişimin çekilmesine karar verdi. Buraya kadar beni rahatsız eden tek şey film odasında 80 TL + KDV lik film ücretinin istenmesi oldu.( Neden hep KDV ile bahsettiğimi söyleyeceğim.) İşlemlerim tamamlandı ve Şevket bey alacağım bazı önlemler ve ilaçlardan bahsetti. Kendisi çok kibar ve iyi bir insan benim eleştirim sadece fiyat politikalarına olacaktır. Dişim çekilmiş bir halde ödeme yapmaya gittim bana 2 diş çekimi için 1059 TL (400 TL +KDV, 500 TL+ KDV, 80 TL+KDV) gibi bir rakam verdiler. Ben dişimin acısıyla ve piyasa fiyatlarından habersiz bir şekilde ödemeyi gerçekleştirdim. Sonrasında ailem ve arkadaşlarımda diş klinikleri hakkında konuşmalarımız esnasında ben aldığım hizmetin bedelinin 1059 tl olduğunu belirttiğimde abartılı bulundu ve bunun üzerine 1-2 klinik arayarak yaptırdığım işlemlerin bedelinin piyasanın yaklaşık 2 katı kadar olduğunu anladım. Zoruma giden şey verdiğim paradan ziyada emsal olarak piyasa fiyatlarından 2 kat daha fazla para ödemiş olmamdır. Zoruma giden bu olay karşında kliniklerini aradığımda bana şöyle bir cevabın verilmesi cidden komik oldu. (No institution I went to before did not charge me for this). the desired location is inside the movie room and how easy it is for a patient to go back from there. Mr. Şevket commented on the result of the movie and decided to have 2 of my teeth extracted. The only thing that bothered me so far was that the movie fee was 80 TL + VAT. He is a very kind and good person. My criticism will only be for the price policies. I went to pay with my tooth extracted and they gave me a figure of 1059 TL (400 TL + VAT, 500 TL + VAT, 80 TL + VAT) for 2 tooth extractions. I made the payment with the pain of my tooth and unaware of the market prices. Later, during our conversations with my family and friends about dental clinics, when I stated that the cost of the service I received was 1059 TL, it was found to be exaggerated, and then I called 1-2 clinics and realized that the cost of the procedures I had done was about twice the market price. What I am struggling with is that I paid 2 times more than the market price as a precedent rather than the money I gave. When I called their clinic in the face of this difficult event, it was really funny that such an answer was given to me. (GENTLEMAN, EVERYONE'S BUDGET IS DIFFERENT) How will you know my budget with this answer, even if you don't know my budget, what does your price policy have to do with my budget?

Çene röntgenimiz alındı hocamız splint yapılması gerektiğini belirtti bizde kabul ettik ölçülerimiz alındı ve splint tedavisine başlamış bulunduk . Buraya kadar herhangi bir memnuniyetsizliğimiz olmadı sadece ücret biraz fazla gelmıstı farklı bir klınıge sorduğumuz da %20 daha uygun fıyat aldık . Fakat hocamızın tanıdık olması sebebi ıle burayı tercih ettik . Sonrasında gün geçtikçe splint rahatsız etmeye basladı takılı iken çene ilk gün ki gibi stabil durmuyordu . Adres bize uzak olduğu için yakınımız da bulunan büyük bir özel klinikte bir hekime gözüktük . Ve hekim oldukça şaşırarak muayene eden hekimin splint tedavisini takibe almadan temas noktalarını düzeltmeden size nasıl tedavi uygulayabiliyorlar sorusu ıle karşılaştık . Eğer oraya gitmeseydik tesadüfi sonucların çok daha ağır olacağını öğrendik . Bir tedaviye başlanırken hasta takibi olmaması ve biz sorduğumuz da bir daha gelmenize gerek yok cevabını almamıza güvenseydik . Çenemiz çok daha sorunlu hale gelebilirdi . Bu sağlık meselesidir . Ve çene eklemi gibi ciddi bir rahatsızlığa bu ihmalkarlık fazla sanki :) . First of all, we visited the clinic 6-7 months ago for our jaw joint problem and with the assurance that our teacher was familiar. Our chin x-ray was taken, our teacher said that splint should be done, we accepted, our measurements were taken and we started splint treatment. We have not had any dissatisfaction up to this point, only the fee was a little too high, and when we asked a different clinic, we got a 20% more affordable price. But we chose this place because our teacher is familiar. Afterwards, the splint started to bother as the day went on. While it was attached, the jaw was not as stable as on the first day. Since the address was far from us, we were seen by a physician in a large private clinic close to us. And the physician was quite surprised and we were faced with the question of how the examining physician can treat you without correcting the contact points without following the splint treatment. We learned that the coincidental consequences would have been much more severe if we had not gone there. If we had trusted when starting a treatment, there was no patient follow-up and when we asked, we would have trusted to get the answer that you don't need to come again. Our chin could become much more problematic. This is a health issue. And it's as if this negligence is too much for a serious ailment like the jaw joint :) .
