Malezef bize gelen ürün aynı idi ama içindeki ıslak mendil küçülmüşdü ve bir garipdi aradık müşteri hizmetlerini onlarda ürünü gönderin dediler ptt biz kendimiz gönderdik fabriya. Orada inceleme yapıldı. Sonra müsteri hizmetleri aradı bizi evet haklısınız dedi bize özür dilediler ham maddesinde eksiklikler varmış dediler size biz ürünleri tekrar yolucaz dediler sizde ürünleri yollayacaksıniz bize bügüü bu süreden geceli iki ay oldu halen gelmedi sleepy bize aradık dedik ne oluyor ptt ile çalıyorlar ptt de tam rezalet takip numarası verdiler bir bakdık bizim ürün istye gelecekmiş ıspartaya gitmiş onlarda kalmış ardaık müşteri hizmetlerini biz kolı beklerken ze gülünç ya müşteri memnuniyeti adına 2 paket yolluylarmış biz iki ay boşuna beklemişiz. Ürünü birdaha yollacaklarmış iki paketi istemiyoruz dedik. Ama ürünleri kontrol edin aynı deyil bundan sonra ne kullanırız bezini, nede islak mendili kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum arkadaşlar..........
We bought Sleepy wet wipes from the internet in a parcel. The product was the product we used all the time. There was an investigation. Then the customer service called us, they said yes you are right, they apologized to us they said there were deficiencies in the raw material, they said we will send the products again, we will send the products to us, it has been two months from this time, it has been overnight, we have still not come, we called us, we said what is happening they play with PTT they play with ptt full disgrace tracking number They gave us a look at our product, they went to Isparta, they went to Isparta, they left them successive customer service while we were waiting for the parcel, they sent 2 packages for the sake of customer satisfaction. We waited for two months in vain. We said they would send the product again, we don't want two packages. But check the products is not the same, I do not recommend what we use diapers or wet wipes from now on friends ..........
