The path is not very hard and the cave is worth it because the view all the way up is amazing.

Splendid view of Kas. It’s easier to get there from Çukurbağ village. And to walk 40-50 minutes by foot to the view. Better to be with water and wear sneakers. Especially, if you want after to go down from the top of the mountain straight to Kas. (It’s 1 hour of downhill trail). Recommended to use Strava app because it has the trail map, while Google maps - not.

Easy to find keep on your right from the beginning then follow the path.. difficult level medium.. took us 1h with few stops… highly recommend it.. amazing views ?

Great walk. Hard terrain and steep but well worth it for the views. Just remember to go right almost immediately once joining the path from the road!

If you love walking, being in nature and having a spectacular view then this walk is for you. The walk starts just above the town on the main road, were there is road side parking and picnic benches. There is a sign post that indicates the path to the cave and then up a little further to the amazing view point were the flag is. When you start there is a little rocky gorge just after the sign post you must go right, yes right, right right right, not left or up the gorge, go over the little gorge and stick to your right were the main path starts. Follow the red and white paint markers on the rocks that indicates the correct path. The correct path follows the line of the road for about 100 metres then heads upwards. It's a very clear path. It's about 3 hour round trip and worth every step just fir the views. Take water and some food, strong shoes and always take your rubbish home do not litter in nature.

Kaş is a cute town with Instagram worth streets in old town, but hiking up to the Sleeping Giant was added even more excitement to our visit here. 1-2 day trip is enough to check out the beautiful streets and hike up to see marvelous views!! <3
