Satılık çok az ofis var, yatırım için alanlardan kiralık olarak koyanlar da mevcut. Biraz elit müşterisi olan girişimci ve startup lar için ideal bir yer diyebilirim. Güvenlik, lobi, toplantı salonları vs. mevcut. Kullanışlı ve ulaşımı kolay bir proje olmuş. Sumerpark AVM altında final koleji ve yapılması beklenen MedicalPark Denizli Hastanesi arasında güzel bir mekan. Şu an satın alma opsiyonunda firma bünyesinde taksitlendirme avantajı da sunuyorlar.
