★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni bir bina olmasına rağmen kapalı otopark yapılmamış. Jeneratör binaya çok yakın ve gürültü nedeniyle, özellikle 1-5. katlar bundan şikayet edecektir. Diğer olumsuz yönü orta sosyal alanlar (hamam, sauna vb.) sadece bir bina altında toplanmış. Diğer binadakiler in buraya yürümesi gerekiyor. Neticede havanın bozuk olduğu günlerde gidip gelmek çocuklu aileler için özellikle daha zor. Evin planı ise güzel.
Although it is a new building, there is no indoor parking. The generator is very close to the building and because of the noise, especially 1-5. floors will complain about this. The other negative aspect is that the central social areas (baths, saunas etc) are gathered just under one building. Those in the other building have to walk here. As a result, it is especially difficult for families with children to commute on days of bad weather. The plan of the house is beautiful.
