★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis hizmeti kötü. Müşteriye ilgi alaka kötü. Arıza çözme yetenekleri sıfır. Aracımdaki arızayı benim kulaklarımda bulup suçu bana atan, problemi çözemeyen servis. Özel servise gittiğimde ustanın 5 dk dinlemeyle teşhisini koyduğu ve benimde bildiğim problem parça değişimi ile çözüldü. Kavi deki ustaya göre ben yanlış ses duyuyordum.
 Service is bad. Interest in the customer is bad. Fault resolution capabilities are zero. A service that finds the fault in my car in my ears and throws the blame on me and cannot solve the problem. When I went to the private service, the problem that the master diagnosed by listening for 5 minutes and I knew it was solved by changing parts. Skoda ın servisinden içeri girmemeye yemin ettim bu kadar kalitesiz bu kadar müşteri düşmanı bir yer yok arabamın hiç bir şeyi yoktu bişeyler sordum bana olmaz olmaz fiyatlar ve arabanın göksü söküleceğini söylediler. Böyle servis anlayışını hiç görmedim. Sakın yanılmayın iyi öğrenin ve skodanın kapısından içeri girmeyin.
