★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big tidy rooms.. the staff can undrestand english difficulty.. the breakfast .. oh no.. all days is same not many choices boring breakfast and breads.. you can find a housekeepers very rarely.. the location is ok to reach kizilay and embassies ..but totally it doesnt worth as how much you should pay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel. If you look for an economic place to stay its a good choice. And siyav is very close to the center of town and you can visit best part of Ankara by walking. But you cant expect a perfect breakfast or a great bar here.

Breakfast is ok(buffet).
The street is uphill. Hard for old people.
Sometimes it gets loud around there and hard to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 4days at the Siyav Otel and I'd like to suggest it to you.
The Siyav Otel is located in the strategic location which gives you access to embassies and most important streets like Ataturk Blv which most shops are located in this street.
The staffs are so polite and they can speak English in the low level, so you can communicate with them easily.
Breakfast is not very good and exciting and it can be better with more items.
Internet Speed is really good and you can have a video interview with high quality.
If you want to rent a room in the 3 stars hotel, I'd like to suggest the Siyav to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing really positive about this hotel is its location and also the price.
Anyway, it has some pitfalls:
1. There wasn't any facility to make a glass of tea or coffee in the room.
2. I noticed a faint smell of cigarette the first night we entered the room.
3. The employees were kind but they weren't able to speak English fluently.
Well, I don't like to ruin their reputation by this way and maybe I'm very strict but these are what I really felt about that problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this hotel with full stars because it was definitely value for money... we paid 600 TL for 3 bedrooms (6 persons). The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good and they have onsite parking. It is 7 minute walk to koctepe mosque and 10 minute walk to Kızılay where you can find restaurants and cafes. I would stay here again if I was in Ankara. The only downside to the location is it is close to many bars and pubs but it is doesn't pose a noise irritation as they are not exactly opposite the hotel.
