Aylar öncesinden tatil için 9 günlük araba kiralama rezervasyonu yaptım, son 1 gün kala, rezervasyon teyidi için aradım ve hazır aramışken sizin findex raporunuza bakalım dediler ve ekstre günümden dolayı findex raporum düşük olduğu için iptal etmek zorundayız dediler. Beni bayram haftası çok zor durumda bıraktılar, bunu günler öncesinden yapmaları gerekirken, ben aramasam aramayacaklardı bile. Hiçbir firmada araba kalmamışken böyle bir rezilliğe maruz bıraktılar. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir firma oldu kendileri.
I made a 9-day car rental reservation for the holiday months ago, the last 1 day, I called for the confirmation of the reservation and they said to look at your findex report while I was calling, and they said we have to cancel it because my findex report is low due to my statement day. They put me in a very difficult situation during the holiday week, they should have done this days before, but they would not have called me if I had not called. They subjected them to such disgrace when there was no car left in any company. They have become a company that I will never choose again.

Dalaman havaalanindaki kiralik araba teslim alanina arabamizi park ettigimizde muhatap olacak gorevli bulamadik. Telefonla ulasmayi denedik ancak Sixt in telefon numarasi surekli mesguldu. Ucusumuz oldugu icin stres yasadik.
When we parked our car at the rental car delivery area at Dalaman airport, we could not find a person to deal with. We tried to reach him by phone, but Sixt's phone number was constantly busy. We had stress because we had a flight.

Zamanında ve sorunsuz bir şekilde aracı teslim aldım. Araç müsaitliği sebebiyle bir üst segment araç tahsis edildi. Güleryüzü ve yardımları için Vural beye teşekkür ederim.
I received the vehicle on time and without any problems. An upper segment vehicle was allocated due to vehicle availability. I would like to thank Vural for his friendliness and help.

No one was at the airport to pick up the car at the agreed time, and it was very difficult to get anyone from the Dalamanan office on the phone. Very stressful couple of hours at Dalaman Airport. I rate 2 stars because the car was in great shape and the staff at the pick-up location (istanbul Hilton) and at the call center were great. If it wasn't for the very stressfull Dalaman situation, this would have been a 5 star review.

Good company and great service. I got Toyota Corolla Hybrid 2021 as upgraded conditions and it was really comfortable on the mountains roads and serpentines. It spends about 5l of 95 bensin per 100km with 1.8l engine. It was amazing trip. Thank you

AVOID, REJECT, SAVE YOUR SELF, SMALL SCRATCH YOU NEVER NOTICE THE CAR HAD WHEN DRIVING OUT. THEY CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS LATER. EITHER THE SCRATCH WAS THERE FROM BEFORE OR SIXT DID IT THEM SELVES WHILE CAR IS PARKED AT HOTEL. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY.

I rented a car from Sixt Dalaman the first week of September 2021. It was the first time I had rented from Sixt, and the experience was dismal. First, both at pickup and drop off there were no agents at the site and I had to wait. At drop off an agent from another company said that both Sixt staff had taken lunch at the same time—so I had no choice but to wait. When the agent arrived he noted in writing that there was a rub mark on the car that was nearly invisible—and superficial. There was no inspection when I picked up the car, and the mark was not added while I had the car in my possession. The mark was so insignificant that it could easily be removed in a few minutes with a can of polish or rubbing compound. Nevertheless, several WEEKS later my credit card was charged $200. I asked Sixt for the estimate from a body shop—and they declined to provide it. Then I went to rental car review sites, and it seems that this is a scam Sixt Dalaman does repeatedly. Go to Trip Advisor and you will fine other renters who had the same experience—and the charge is always about $200. I have rented dozens of cars over many decades, and have never had this sort of experience with any of them. On my previous visit to Dalaman I used Avis—which was a bit more expensive but far more satisfactory in every way. On my next trip it is back to Avis or another reputable company.
