★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he alquilado coches con SIXT en mis viajes y no he tenido problema. Para esta oportunidad fue la excepción, me entregaron un coche con abolladuras pero eso es pasable. Lo malo es que no me fijé en que también me lo entregaron sin una gota de gasolina y me percaté de esto una vez iba en carretera. Las consecuencias pudieron haber sido un desastre de haberme quedado varado por el camino. Se supone que siempre lo entregan con tanque lleno así que me devolví para hacer la reclamación. El personal siempre fue muy amable aunque muchos de ellos no hablan inglés. Por otra parte la entrega del carro fue sencilla y es fácil la llegada al aeropuerto. Lo malo es que 5 días después me cobraron a la tarjeta 43 Euros de los cuales no me enviaron al correo las razones.
I have always rented cars with SIXT on my trips and I have not had a problem. For this opportunity it was the exception, they gave me a car with dents but that is passable. The bad thing is that I didn't notice that they also delivered it to me without a drop of gasoline and I realized this once I was on the road. The consequences could have been a disaster had I been stranded along the way. They are supposed to always deliver it with a full tank so I went back to make the claim. The staff was always very friendly although many of them do not speak English. On the other hand, the delivery of the car was simple and the arrival at the airport is easy. The bad thing is that 5 days later they charged me 43 Euros to my card, of which they did not send me the reasons by mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had another positive experience with Sixt in Turkey at Izmir Airport. The agent at the counter was able to arrange a car for me in no time and the agent at the parking lot was friendly - he helped me with some navigation issues. Check out was also seamless!
