★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Deutschland/ per App geordert. Gelandet in Izmir, Treppe runter zu der Reihe an Mietschaltern, u.a. Sixt. Die Zubuchung eines Navis wurde zwar vor Ort eingeräumt, jedoch war dann ein entsprechendes Fahrzeug leider doch nicht verfügbar.
Unterlagen und Tipps auf englisch kommuniziert, ohne das der Mitarbeiter aufdringlich oder Zusatzverkäufe machen will. Rüber über die Straße/Schiene ins Parkhaus, mit dem Fahrstuhl runter, ca. 60m durchlaufen -> dann gab es das Gefährt, top Zustand. Alles i.O.
 Ordered in Germany / via app. Landed in Izmir, down the stairs to the row of rental counters, including Sixt. The booking of a GPS was granted on site, but a corresponding vehicle was unfortunately not available.
Documents and tips communicated in English without the employee wanting to be intrusive or make additional sales. Across the street / rail into the parking garage, take the elevator down, walk about 60m -> then there was the vehicle, great condition. Everything's o.k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.kiraladığınız arabayı getiriyorlar çalışanları ise kibar ve efendiler. Daha önce Erboy car dan kiralamıştım üçkaat yaptılar küçük araba getirip extra ücret aldılar 4 saatte beklettiler .sixt çok iyi memnun kaldım dürüstler.
I would definitely recommend it. They bring the car you rented, and the employees are kind and gentle. I had rented from Erboy car before, they did three times, they brought a small car and charged extra. They waited for 4 hours. Sixt I was very satisfied, they were honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilk defa Sixt`en arac kiraladim cok memnun kaldim. Arac cok temiz bir sekilde teslim edildi, Benzin deposu dolu aldim ve dolu verdim. Calisanlari son derece ilgili ve alakali davrandilar, hic bir sorun yasamadim. Fiyatlar digerlerinden bir tik yüksek. Tavsiye ederim.....
I rented a car from Sixt for the first time and I was very satisfied. The vehicle was delivered very clean, I bought the gas tank full and gave it full. Their employees were extremely interested and relevant, I had no problems. Prices are a little higher than others. I advise.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have so weird process that you have to eligible for buying a car. If you dont have findex degree (banking option) they reject you even got the money online. And it has been almost a month, they havent paid it back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Waited on telephone line with customer service for roughly 30 minutes, no solution from customer service nor from I’d say slightly “cocky” branch. Case is like this, you need a Findeks report to use a Turkish credit card (foreigners and people who live abroad don’t have this report), and to use your foreign credit card your foreign ID (French in my case) is not enough, you need to show your empty stamp which is on your passport. Since there was no info regarding requirements related to Findeks/stamp in my reservation confirmation mail, I was declined with my reservation, I didn’t think passport would be required for a car rental. Rather my experience with Budget/Europcar/Rentgo etc was smooth so recommend you to avoid using Sixt no matter how cheaper it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Renault Clio for 7 days. I arrived to the airport one day earlier and company agreed to give me a car for a small extra fee ($20). Car was bigger and completely new. Seat Arona with 800km on odometer. ?
To find office and parking you need to go to DOMESTIC terminal. Terminals are connected and located quite close.
Make sure you have CREDIT card with your name on it. Debit card will not work ?
