★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simdiye kadar en memnun kaldigim rent a car ofislerinden biri. Planlarimda degisiklik oldu ve sorun yerine cozum urettiler. Ozellike Zuhal hanima cok tesekkur ederim. Kayseriye geldigim zaman tekrar Sixti tercih edecegim.
 One of the rent a car offices I have been most satisfied with so far. There was a change in my plans and they came up with a solution instead of a problem. Special thanks to Ms. Zuhal. When I come to Kayseri, I will choose Sixti again.

Fueron muy amables a todo momento y con explicaciones claras y correctas. Quiero resaltar el profesionalismo del personal en especial de la Señorita Zühal Turgut quien siempre respondió el correo y me dio las indicaciones correctas. El coche estaba nuevo y lo usé para hacer un tour por Cappadocia. Muchas gracias y sigan así. Saludos desde Colombia
Excellent service from SIXT Kayseri Airport. I had no problem with the car rental. neither at the time of delivery. They were very kind at all times and with clear and correct explanations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of fraud! If you have no extra insurance when you get a car carefully check, note, and make photo of all scratches and stone traces on rented car especially on windshield!!! In my case Sixt guys during car return immediately found three stone traces on the windshield each about or less 1 mm. Surely I could miss one or two stone strikes to the glass when driving, but not three. In two weeks, they bill me for 400TL. I asked but didn't receive the answer why so round sum - for whole windshield glass or 133TL for each strike. And at the same time, they didn't use my credit card deposit. So I supposed it's a local kind of fraud. Please pay attention to every scratch on a car when you get it!
